This parcel is situated in the Seven Mountains area, approximately 2 miles south of Potters Mills. It a level lot in a rural subdivision which was completed in 1970. There is a well on the property. There is not any current septic test or any septic system. A travel trailer had been situated on the tract for approximately 20 years which was used for football weekends and at other times when the owners were visiting the area. This subdivision has a mix of seasonal use and year round homes. The streets in the subdivision, including Lloyd Avenue, are private streets. There are not any covenants. Directions:
From Potters Mills, take Route 322 east towards Lewistown for about 2 miles. Turn left on Sand Mountain Road. Make an immediate left from Sand Mountain Road onto Old Route 322. Go approximately 1/2 mile and make a very sharp right hand turn onto Main Road. Then bear left onto Lloyd Avenue. The property is on the left just after the bend to the right on Lloyd Avenue.
