Remarks:
These parcels provide quality rural life style settings away from road traffic. Sinking Creek is very close by for fishing. The travel time to downtown State College is 20 to 25 minutes. The proposed Penns Valley Rails to Trails will go through Lot 4. Lots 1, 2, and 3 are relatively level and provide great country settings and nice views of Egg Hill. Lot #7 is wooded. The majority of this parcel lays quite nicely. These lots are in an area known as Sinking Creek Prairie. Sinking Creek Prairie has some unique vegetative plants. In order to preserve these plants, certain areas in Lot 7 have been designated as a non-building area in the Conservation Covenants, however there is still a very nice building area.
Lot #6 is not available.

Directions:
From the intersection of Route 45 and 144 at Old Fort, take Route 45 east approximately 2.8 miles to Weaver Road. Turn right on Weaver Road and go approximately .7 mile to a T intersection. Turn left on Sinking Creek Road. Follow Sinking Creek Road approximately 1.3 miles to Wildflower Lane, which will be on your left.
