ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This lodge and almost 50 acres has been used as a hunting lodge for family and friends for 24 years. It has been kept in good repair during this time. Recent updates are new carpet in the living room, kitchen and hallway.  Roof repairs were made also this summer as there was a leak developing around the chimney. The cottage is carpeted through out except for the bathrooms. The master bedroom on the second floor has an adjoining master bath and a deck accessed through a patio door.  All bedrooms have either one or two double closets. All furnishings are included. The basement although unfinished has considerable room for the storage of snow mobiles,ATV's or canoes. The forested tract show good signs of a adequate population of deer, turkey and bear.  There is an electric line some distance from the lodge which gives the advantage of long distant shooting.   The West Branch of the Susquehanna River provides for canoes and kayak use. Not far upstream and above the Moshannon Creek the is good fishing for bass and trout.
