• The first e-PRO certified Realtor^® by the National Association of Realtors^® in State College and Centre County, PA. He has also completed course work in the Real Estate Cyberspace Society.
• Member of the prestigious Coldwell Banker 2005 International President's Circle, whose membership is limited to the top 9% of the more than 120,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker System who meets sales goals.
• Over 30 years in real estate, specializing in farms, farmettes, country estates, and rural acreage
• Life long resident of Centre County.
• Hometown: Spring Mills, PA.
• Enjoys working with both buyers and sellers of rural properties.
• Memberships: Centre County Association of REALTORS^®, Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS^®, National Association of REALTORS^®, Rural Land Institute, Centre County Agricultural Forum, director of a community choir (The Valley Choristers), and the Gregg Township Planning Commission. In addition, Don is a member of the Centre County Association of Realtors^® MLS committee, and is also a member of the Board of Directors and past president of the Pennsylvania Forage and Grassland Council.
• Operates an 180 acre (80 acres tillable) crop farm raising alfalfa, corn and soybeans. He has won 20 prizes for quality hay production since 1994, and had the grand champion exhibit in the preservative treated class in the 1998 PA State Hay Show.
